FAQs

Do your cookies contain nuts or other allergens?

Yes, ALL our cookies contain the following allergens: dairy, wheat and egg. Certain cookie flavors also contain tree nut and soy allergens.

All cookies are made on shared equipment with products containing eggs, soy and the following tree nuts: macadamia nut, peanuts and coconut.

Although we strive to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. If you have a severe allergy, we advise consulting a medical professional before enjoying our products.

Are your cookies gluten free?

No, ALL of our products contain gluten. Any person with a gluten allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.

Do your cookies contain dairy products?

Yes, ALL cookie flavors contain dairy or milk products. Any person with a dairy allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.

Are your cookies individually wrapped?

All of our cookies are individually wrapped except our mini bite (bite-sized) cookies.

My cookies arrived slightly melted, what do I do?

Softening of cookies and toppings may occur during hot summer months. Place in the freezer just until firm. Even if your cookies arrive slightly melted, they still taste just as delicious! The heat might give them a softer, gooier texture, but that won’t affect their flavor.

How should I store your cookies?

We recommend storing your cookies in a cool, dry place below 20-22 degrees celsius.

What is the shelf life of your cookies?

If kept in their original heat sealed (air-tight) packaging, our cookies can last up to 7-10 days. We do however, recommend storing your cookies in a cool, dry place below 20-22 degrees celsius or freezing if you do not intend to consume straight away. Our cookies can be frozen in their heat-sealed bag for up to 3 months. Defrost at room temperature and wait until they are fully defrosted before opening the package. This ensures no moisture gets in which could reduce their quality.
