Sourdough sandwich bread made without the use of butter, eggs or sugar. These breads are made the pre-cooking Tangzhong technique which is a handy cooking ability for bringing a level of softness to a loaf without excessive fat or oil additions. A healthier version if you will :)
Ingredients: Hellfire Flour, Water, Salt, Tangzhong (bread flour & milk), honey and extra virgin olive oil.
