Our Jalapeño Loaf is a savoury twist on classic sourdough, combining the tangy, fermented flavour of sourdough with the spicy heat of fresh jalapeños and the rich, sharp creaminess of melted cheddar cheese.
Each sourdough loaf is handmade with high quality ingredients - each large loaf is 1000gms pre-cooked weight. Small loaves are half this.
